Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Modena, Italy.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
With ordinary shipping:
If you order from Italy you'll receive your order in 4 to 14 business days.
If you order from the UE your order can take from 7 to 20 business days.
If you order from the USA your order will take from 15 to 30 business days.
If you order from any other part of the world your order will take from 15 to 30 business days.
With fast shipping:
If you order from Italy you'll receive your order in 2 to 7 business days.
If you order from the UE your order can take from 5 to 12 business days.
If you order from the USA your order will take from 10 to 20 business days.
If you order from any other part of the world your order will take from 10 to 20 business days.
IMPORTANT:
Both valid for fast and ordinary shipping:
We won't be able to consider your order lost before two months have passed, regardless of where you're ordering from!
Orders always arrived to their destinations until now, even if late, so don't worry.
Contact us for a gift card or refund after two months have passed.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept any returns.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your order is lost we will refund you everything.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely yes! We use as little plastic as we can and we try to reuse and recycle every time we can. Don't worry though, your prints will be very well protected when they travel to your home.
My address is not correct, how can I fix this?
If this happens please contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can, unfortunately if the order has already been packaged and processed we can't do anything about this so make sure to check your address twice.
